EnzedFF 2006 preliminary announcements

Looks like we'll definitely be getting:

Brick - hit at Sundance and allegedly the "new Donnie Darko"
Thank You For Smoking - a comedy about the tobacco lobbying industry
Tristram Shandy - Michael Winterbottom and Steve Coogan reteam for a meta-movie
The Road to Guantanamo - basically the movie I wanted to make
An Inconvenient Truth - Al Gore's global warming doco.

Wellington also gets A Scanner Darkly, Sympathy for Lady Vengeance, The Science of Sleep, and Auckland gets MFing THIS FILM IS NOT YET RATED (my most anticipated doco of the year). However, the full Chch schedule hasn't been announced, so hopefully we get those as well (pretty please).
